Joking apart, it's not easy to stop smoking. Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances around and our western lifestyle is full of opportunities to consume it

We have some success in helping people giving up the weed, which we discovered as a side effect of our yoga holidays. It helps if you really want to stop. All the substitutes and patches in the world won't work unless you are really motivated. The process of feeling better, does begin to alter your attitude to inhaling noxious substances.
