Lynne Oliver,
Yoga and Therapy Director of Holistic Holidays
Introduces you to Nabila our Reflexologist

Nabila s

Lynne Says:

  • Nabila has worked at Holistic Holidays for 5 years.
  • Reflexology is a very pleasant healing therapy involving points on the feet that relate to different organs in the body.
  • By massaging the points it helps to stimulate the efficiency of the organs that might be under stress.
  • It may touch on emotional energy that needs releasing and combined with the Reiki this is a "winning formula."
  • I always feel I have been on a journey but I don't know exactly know where I have been! Indian Head massage is the icing on the cake! (Nabila offers a combination of therapies)
  • Don't plan anything for the rest of the day!

Reflexology is a method for activating the healing powers of the body. It is both old and new. Ancient texts and pictures show that early Chinese, Japanese, Indians, Russians and Egyptians worked on the feet to promote good health. Today, many of these same techniques have been developed into a modern scientific method called Reflexology.

Through the body run energy zones and reflex areas in the feet and ears, that correspond to all organs, glands, and body parts.

With a special intensive massage of the feet and the ears, the organs, glands and bodyparts are influenced, and in this way stimulating the self-healing powers of the body.

Reflexology reduces stress, and induces deep relaxation. It improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxines and impurities, balances the whole system, and revitalises energy.

Reflexology can be used as a treatment for all types of illness, complaints and physical problems.

It can be used in a therapeutic (curative) or preventive way, maintaining the body in optimum shape.
