The average age of visitors is about 36 but there can be a wide age spread from 18 to 80.

  3. I'm recovering form an operation / health condition. Is this OK?
With the approval of your physician for taking part in the sessions, you may come and recuperate although you should check any ahead regarding any health condition that concerns you.

  4. Can I bring my child?
Sorry we are a no children resort. As an adult relaxation centre, we only accept people over 16 years old

  5. I live in Lanzarote. Can I come and do yoga with you?
Sorry; reflecting the wishes of our clients, we do not make provision for ad hoc participants.

  6. Will I meet other friends on the holiday?
    Almost certainly!

  7. How many people do you cater for at the villa in any one week?

We will either place you with another person of the same sex, already willing to share, or allocate you another available twin room where another may join you.
