What do the holidays cost? It depends on the type of accommodation you require, and whether you want your own room. The easiest way is to look at our prices list for the weekly tariff, select the room type you want and then you will be offered a choice of stay durations, prices and sole/sharing options.
What is included in the holiday? Please see the two tariffs we offer, HO2 Formula and B&B. Detail of what is included is listed on the prices of actual rooms / durations
What is not included in the holiday? Flights are not included, nor are extra therapies, lunches or drinks which will be charged to the account
What is optional in the holiday You can book for an evening meal on arrival, and optional lunches on certain days. Therapies are optional but an essential part of the well-being programme
Can I pay by credit card? Yes, you can pay by credit card (Holiday only), PayPal or by direct Bank Transfer
I'm on a budget. Are there any discounts? There is a discount of 10% on bookings made within 7 days of the holiday start and 20% if you are able to book within 48 hrs of the start of a week. Holidays of 2 weeks attract a discount of 10%
Do I have to pay the full amount now? If your holiday is more than 8 weeks ahead, you only need pay 10% deposit immediately, with the balance 8 weeks before you arrive. For holidays starting less than 8 weeks away, the whole amount is payable.
How do I pay my bill at the end of the stay? Personal bills on the holiday are charged in Euros, cash at the end of the stay.
How do I get money in Lanzarote? If you have a cash card in the UK with a PIN number, you can use the same card in Lanzarote and there are plenty of cash points around the island, including 4 in the village. Banks will advance money against your credit card if you have your passport with you. Travellers cheques can be cashed at banks and other offices offering exchange services. Your bank will probably allow you a larger amount of money out on your cash card, by arrangement before you leave.

Do you exchange travellers cheques at the Villa? No, sorry we don’t offer that service but the local banks (2 in the village) will be glad to assist. Best way is to use your cash card and PIN No for Euros.
